- Ticket valid on selected date.
- Infants aged between 0-2 years inclusive are free of charge.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board. Proof of age may be requested by Ngong Ping 360 staff.
- Guests are required to redeem the " Limited time offer: “Crystal+” new experience early bird offer, including the round trip cable car ticket (one way “Crystal+” ride and one way Standard cabin ride) at Ngong Ping 360 Tung Chung Terminal Ticket Office on the day of visit with the online purchase confirmation email. Tickets are valid for redemption only on the day of redemption. No validity after expiry date.
- Each ticket can only be used once.
- All tickets will be void if altered or damaged. No replacement will be issued in the event of loss.
- All tickets cannot be resold or exchanged for cash and purchased tickets are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable. They are valid only on the day of the visit.
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or privileges.
- Guests are responsible for making their own travel arrangements in accordance with the operating hours of each service. Any unavailability due to overtime will be treated as an automatic forfeit and no refund will be made.
- Ngong Ping 360 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, delay due to accident or other factors beyond the control of Ngong Ping 360.
