About TripTriad

Who we are

TripTriad is a travel booking site run by Open Sky Labs Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian company based in Kuala Lumpur. We sell tours, activities, attraction tickets and hotel stays from operators around the world, and we sell them in ringgit — the same way you would pay for anything else at home.

We are a small team; we run the booking desk, the operators run the experiences. When something needs a human, you write to us and a person replies.

How a booking works

   Browse in your currency

   Every price can be shown in the currency you pick from the header. The catalogue covers tours, day trips, attraction tickets, shows, transfers and hotel stays.

2. 2

   Book with the details the operator needs

   Pick a date, choose your tickets or room, and tell us who is travelling. Inclusions, meeting points and the cancellation policy are on the page before you pay.

3. 3

   Pay in ringgit through Curlec

   Checkout runs on Curlec (Razorpay Malaysia): FPX online banking, Visa and Mastercard, and Malaysian e-wallets. If you browsed in another currency, the ringgit total is shown before you confirm.

4. 4

   The operator confirms, you get the voucher

   Your booking goes to the tour operator or hotel for confirmation. You receive the confirmation and your voucher by email, and every booking stays in your account.

What we promise

• No booking fees. The total at checkout is the price on the page; we do not add service or convenience charges.
• Terms before money. The cancellation policy, what is included and what is not are shown on every listing and again before you pay.
• A person answers. Questions about a booking go to support@triptriad.com, with your order code in the subject line.
